@ieppolice 🚨 Ghost IEP: The Endrew F. Standard | Every Child Deserves MORE Than Minimal Progress” The Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District Supreme Court ruling (2017) set the standard for IEPs: they must be reasonably calculated to enable a child to make progress appropriate in light of their circumstances. This means: ✅ Minimal progress is NOT enough. ✅ Generic, cookie-cutter goals fall short. ✅ Every child deserves a meaningful education tailored to their needs. If your child’s IEP only shows the bare minimum, 🚨 that’s a red flag.
